At ALIGNE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all ALIGNE tags still attached to qualify for a return.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address, then select the items you wish to send back.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your reusable mailer.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
